"Upon arrival the room was not clean at all. In the bathroom there were, amongst others, a lot of hairs in the shower drain area. When you shower, a lot of water comes on the toilet. No mirrow in the room or shower.
The swimming pool is a municipal swimming pool open for everybody. One 100 meter pool with warm water, so not suitable for professional swim training. Between the swimming pool and the room is a childrens swimming pool with a lot of noise, mainly from music. The view on the...
"The staff and room are great. It’s a very nice hotel. This was my first time to Bali and I didn’t really know the different areas. I loved the hotel but the only thing is that it’s in a very quiet location with little to see or do outside the property. "
"Loved my villa with private pool. The room was spacious, only thing missing was a kitchen then would be complete for long term stay. Lived the private pool great to go swimming any time i want. "Stay was amazing, very quiet location, excellent staff, and great food. Also from our villa the view and pool was amazing. Highly recommend staying here and we will be back!"
"This place far exceeded our expectations. The rooms were pretty decent. The pool was nice, and the food in the restaurant was above average, realistically for the cost it was well worth it. We enjoyed our brief stay, and the staff were very pleasant.
Thank you"

"Beautiful property. The staff were amazing always acknowledging guests.
The buffet breakfast was great with a variety of options to choose from.
The drive leading to the hotel has signs saying NO to online taxis, Grab/Gojek are not welcome unless for drop off. And to support local taxis. Despite this

"Great resort, friendly staff. Amazing spa, and good quality food in the restaurants. The only complaints are, gym was a bit small, and pools were not heated. "
