"Great location in a central area, especially for a first time visit to Taipei. The staff was really friendly and helpful, gave us some suggestions for things to do around the city and helped us with laundry. We had a windowless room (common in Taipei) and had no complaints. The air conditioning worked well and the room was small but comfortable for a couple."

"Visited Taipei for a family trip. Grand Hyatt was absolutely amazing. The location was perfect. Walking distance to malls, coffee shops and restaurants. All the activities we did were anywhere from 10-30 minutes away by Uber. The staff were very helpful and attentive. I’d gladly book here again on my next trip to Taipei. "
