Probably the fastest check-in and check-out ever! Room access via 2D code from your preferred messaging app. No need to carry another card or install an app, I liked that very much. Spacious bed and roomy shower with super hot water and fantastic pressure. The rest of the room was a bit tight on space. Would be perfect for a single traveler, but for two with 2 large suitcases was too small. Once we opened the suitcases there was nowhere to stand.

5 stars experience at Orange Hotel Ximen.

Stayed 5 nights at Orange Hotel Ximen. Location is very near to Ximen MRT station which makes it very convenient to travel to other parts of Taipei. Hotel room is very clean, bed linen and pillows are very comfortable. The staffs are very friendly and accommodating. Plus there is unlimited supplies of yogurts and drinks at the lounge area.

Wonderful location- it’s about 2 mins from exit 1 of Ximen metro station. The room is very compact but good enough to feel comfortable. Great amenities provided at reception and I especially love the basement lounge with free drinks, fruits and snacks. That is the winner for me.

Went on a solo trip. The room was about 18' sqft, catered for 2 but I think may be a bit cramp if there are two 26' luggages. Suits more for 1 traveller and 1 luggage. Location (exit 1 Ximen) and hotel staffs were good.

Honestly the hotel beat my expectations. We were thinking about switching at the last minute but so happy we didn’t. This hotel is amazing for the price. The staff are amazing, the room is super clean and cleaned everyday. They give you free ice cream, food and sparking water. It’s 5 star service. Highly recommend. Just stay here.

Hotel room was spacious enough for 2 persons, and very well thought through. It is very newly renovated (as of Aug 2024), and very clean. The showers are hot and water pressure is good - we loved taking a long hot shower at the end of each day. The location is fabulous, literally 2 mins walk to the Ximending shopping area and subway stop, but quiet enough that you do feel an escape from the crazy hustle of the area. Very well connected - we got the Easy Pass and hopped on an off buses everywhere (there’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel!) The staff were really lovely and accommodating, and sorted us out on laundry access (in their sister hotel one road down). The hotel also had a great lounge with free snacks, drinks, and yogurt, which was a great place for me to do a bit of remote work from. Wifi is fast and easy to connect to. Loads of eating options in the area, all fabulous. I will definitely book Orange Hotel for my next stay in Taipei.

Must stay again next time

A very convenient and clean hotel, just walk for 1-2 mins that can arrive the metro. Though it is very closed to the Ximen Ting, it’s still a quiet place. The outside of the hotel’s name is not obvious that the driver is a little bit hard to take us off. The staff are very nice and helpful. They offer the free breakfast but not in the hotel, and there are different restaurants for us to choose everyday. The hotel is eco-friendly, there is no daily necessity in the room but you can get it next to the counter by yourself so that it won’t be wasted. There is a hot water heater and tea bag in the corridor so you do not have to boil it by yourself. There is no room card but they will provide a QR code for you to open the door so you won’t forget to bring the card. The only thing has to be improved is the sound insulation is not good, it is noisy if someone is talking loudly. Overall it is very good and we are satisfied with Orange Hotel.

Room is small but very cosy!! I travelled solo therefore it was just perfect for me! Located just a few mins walk away from the metro station and the busy ximending shopping district therefore it wasnt too noisy as well. Great stay and I’ll definitely come back again for my next trip!
