"Toilet sliding door got stuck easily and they noticed the problem without fixing it. Round about 5:00am in the morning, some sort of drilling noises can be heard from upper floor. It happened 2 nights in a row. Hand bar soap sticking on the holder when it becomes dry. You just cannot have the soap without taking the holder together. No bottles water supply. Instead there’s filtered water faucet We visited and stayed Park Lane Hotel continuously for at least 25 years. It has been worst experience of all this time. "
