"I was put in a disability room which meant my front door wouldn’t lock. I was scared on my own all night and didn’t sleep. The noise from the hotel is also loud which didn’t help"

"I’m had a double room, it was big, comfortable and clean. Staff were poor, the management of check-in wasn’t good. The property is difficult to navigate. The free boat to Canary Wharf is super convenient. All I’d say about the hotel is it is technically a hostel, if you go with that in mind you’ll be surprised if you expect a hotel, you’ll be disappointed"
