"We love staying at the grand millennium and this is our 4th visit now.
The staff are so friendly, the rooms are spacious clean and comfortable.
The
pool is excellent and great for the children.
The one drawback was having to park at the civic this time round as the hotel car park was full so it did cost us more that we initially planned for but that’s a small drawback.
Next time we come up we’re going to try the breakfast as it’s usually out of our budget but it looks so good in the...

"The valet guy made our stay super special, he is the face of The Grand,
The room needs some updating bathroom door was water damage, wear and tear in the room just needs a good refresh.
Also we had four in the room and had to constantly request more bath towels as was only we’re left with two towels until the end of the stay. Toilet paper was another issue was never left enough. But when we rang it was brought up within like 10mins.
Only two jets working in the spa and the spa was very cloudy.
Overall was a great stay and would stay again the reason for the 5 Stars was the valet guy. If it’s wasn’t for him I think I would give it 2 stars. "
