Facilities are pretty new. Has a full kitchenette (glass hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, bowls, plates, glasses, cutlery). No complaints except a gross looking sauce/brown stain on one of the bath towels…

Relatively good area - quiet, safe and lots of dining options nearby. Was a bit far from the CBD and harbour area which wasn't too much of a problem except for the long, uphill walk back to the hotel at the end of the day. Room was small but functional and pretty clean - albeit a bit dusty. The sink in the bathroom was very narrow and close to the mirror which meant it was hard to get through the morning and evening routines without creating a bit of a splashy mess. Overall, good stay, nice and helpful staff - would stay again.

First night absolute disaster got no sleep walls had no sound proofing had no sleep due to coughing neighbour. Talked to staff who then moved our rooms without any hesitations and we then had the most peaceful wonderful stay. Really peaceful and comfortable.

Wonderful

Great central location just a short walk from city centre. Excellent restaurant with great food being cooked by chef Dominic. Interesting wine list as well. Comfortable rooms and super friendly staff.

Small but comfy. The walls are pretty thin so if you cant sleep with noise bring earplugs. But staff were great and the rooms were comfy and clean

The Abstract was one of the very best deals for the price of anywhere I’ve stayed. The room was clean, and had a small kitchenette. The Italian Restaurant on the ground floor was exceptional, with breakfast included with the price of my room. Their best breakfast I ate for free was smoked salmon on sautéed potato cakes with poached eggs on top: delicious. Many great restaurants and coffee shops were within a five minute walk including Pici restaurant, White Lady Burgers and Millers Coffee. I will definitely consider staying there again.
