The hotel itself was great, however what should have been an enjoyable stay was turned into anyrhing but by having the fire alarm go off twice during my stay, with the last time being at 5am!

スカイタワーの近くで、電車の駅までも徒歩１０分弱だったのでとても便利でした。 スーパーもすぐ近くにありました。 朝食はパン、ヨーグルトなどの軽食でした。 シャンプーコンディショナーなどのアメニティはお部屋にあります。 コーヒーセットやお皿があり、活用しました。 フロントの方はにこやかに接客してくれました。

The staff were friendly and they upgraded us upon arrival to a suite. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The bathroom needed attention as it was a bit run down. The Breakfast buffet was not worth it. As their options were mistly cold ceral and yoghurt. It did have a pancake machine but for the money would have gone further at a local cafe.

Room floors we not cleaned very well. Fitness Centre floor and equipment was very unclean. No cleaning wipes for the equipment there even though I asked for some. TV there also never worked and nobody knew how to fix it. Breakfast was great. Fine property and great staff just needs more TLC.
