"The view of the ocean was great and I was happy just to be there.
It was old and a little poorly built, windows or doors were hard to open, etc.
Some renovated parts were comfortable.
The dryer was broken, which was inconvenient, but housekeeping provided new towels daily and offered to do laundry for free.
Cooking utensils were very well stocked"

"The room and view were beautiful. We stayed in a premier 1bd suite on the 7th floor. Atmosphere was quiet around the resort. The grounds were kept immaculate and a short walk to shopping and dining next door. Leilani’s on the Beach is fantastic at bothe the restaurant and more casual bar area!"
"Absolutely beautiful from the open lobby area with the waterfall to the koi ponds and the exotic birds to the extensive pool area and beyond. This hotel took our breath away when we walked in. We enjoyed the view from our garden view room. We went to 3 islands and this was our favorite hotel. Great restaurants, walking distance to a shopping center with more great restaurants, Starbucks onsite, and a convenient grab and go/made to order fast food type option. Beach was right beyond the pool area. Great valet - quick service. Highly recommend!"
"Very relaxing stay, loved the patio, ocean views and sound of ocean. Gazebo has long lines for breakfast, but they have an option to order to go and eat at your own lanai. We will come back to Napili Shores next time we come to Maui."
"If you come here book a suite with the Ocean view it’s gorgeous and going to sleep and/or waking up to hear the Ocean waves crashing is divine. You won’t regret it so beautiful and the room was very comfortable. Hotel staff were friendly and very warm just top notch they made me feel at home I loved it can’t wait to go back. The overall resort is huge there is so much to do and its beautiful."
