"Everything felt easy and friendly. Nice spacious rooms, excellent pool facilities including poolside food and drinks, plenty of sun lounges etc. My only small criticism is that the restaurants felt VERY busy at breakfast, perhaps those facilities aren't quite large enough to accommodate the number of rooms in the hotel? Other than that, very nice hotel and great value!"

"The salt water lagoons were attractive, especially if you reserve a lagoon view room. We didn't get any cleaning service because we apparently had a light on that meant "Do not Disturb", but we don't know how we turned it on. That worked out fine because we were on a short weekend honeymoon. I loved the shower in the bathroom, with multiple water jet outlets for maximum water massage and relaxing, and the water temperature could be easily adjusted. Even better than in my condo I was renting in Cebu City. There seemed to be a decent amount of activities available like biking (we rented a tandem bicycle), played ping pong and billiards in their game room for free, but there was so much more we didn't have time to try. The breakfast buffet we had was included in our reservation/billing for free and was one of the best breakfast places I have ever had in Cebu, and never walked away hungry! The staff was very courteous and helpful from every restaurant on the property we tried. As an American, I'm used to larger portion sizes for any lunch or dinner entrée that I order, so that is just a minor complaint; however, the food quality and especially the flavor of my order was superb. I would go back to their Palermo restaurant again, no question! Their excellent staff should be proud of the work they did to make our time as happy as they made me and my wife for our short stay. In this opportunity I was solo traveling, and the experience was just amazing Before the check in since the transportation to the hotel, it was so easy and effortless I basically don’t remember any time I have had to lift a single thing They allowed me to have my room earlier, there is no zebra crossing in the island but there is a guard that makes sure you make it to the other side all the time Staff is so polite in all the ways and btw everyone speaks English in the island so comes really helpful The room was amazing, I had the ones in the first floor with direct access pool, the bathroom is clean and it has everything you need so if you are traveling without an amenity set, there is nothing to worry about I didn’t even bring sandals because I forgot but the hotel provides some The hotel also arranges different activities. It is important to mention that I chose to stay only for 3 days because I was not sure what to do besides going to the beach and the pool, but the hotel offers a wide option book of activities Like parasailing, sunset sailing, kayak and much more, there is even a helicopter ride tour of the island So staying only 3 days was such a mistake There is so much to do and the facilities and people is so nice I would suggest staying at least 1 week, there is even massage by the pool and the hotel restaurant is great! There is live music every night I would be comming back forsure"

"The Breakfast was unbelievably great. Fresh Fruit, Local dishes, very tasty and a variety Ive never seen at any other Hotel. Will always stay here when in Cebu. The Hospitable staff even discounted my breakfast and were always there to answer questions."
