"The pool water was murky. The pillows and sheets had to be changed in my room when I first arrived because they were not clean. The room smelled like a dog. The lady at the front desk her name is Tonya she was very polite and helpful. She made sure my room was cleaned again after the first inspection. It is totally ridiculous to have to pay for parking in the hotel parking lot that you’ve already paid to stay in at hotel."
