"I rarely leave reviews, but after this visit I wanted to share. First of all, I research and reseached for this trip. Based my research on affordability, location and amenities. This place checked all the marks and we were super excited to visit. Let me start with check-in. There is no "formal" check-in counter/lobby area like at other hotels. There is no one to greet you to valet your car. You pull up and kinda wonder what to do. We walked into the front"

"I stayed in room 712 and want to start by praising the staff. The service from the employees is excellent—a true 10 out of 10. In particular, the person working the front desk was doing an amazing job taking care of all the guests checking in at that peak time. However, management urgently needs to hire more staff. Leaving just one person at the front desk during check-in hours causes long wait times, and people understandably lose their patience.Similarly, the housekeeping staff are incredibly kind and always do their absolute best with a smile. The real problem is that the company leaves them short-staffed, which directly affects the cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms were not properly cleaned: the beds, mattresses, and sofa bed have severe stains (including urine stains), the TVs are dusty, the fridge is dirty, the towels are soiled, and the shower curtain has mold. The kitchen was the worst part, as it still had leftover food from previous guests. The sofa bed looks so worn out and dirty that it looks like it was pulled out of the trash. I do not blame the cleaning staff at all; I blame the company for not hiring enough people to maintain the property.We stayed here 3 years ago, and compared to this year, the hotel's condition has deteriorated drastically. If they do not invest in proper upkeep right away, this place will be completely run down in a few years. It is deeply disappointing because this hotel has.amazing potential to attract tourists."

"Check in was fast and the staff was very polite. The first room we were assigned the fan in the bathroom didn't work and got really hot we went down to let the front desk know just so they could send maintenance up they ended up switching our room. The balcony view was amazing and getting to watch fireworks twice while we were there was a plus."
