We had such a great beachfront property View so gorgeous that on our last day we got up for a beautiful sunrise and we were able to see dolphins frolicking in the waves it was an awesome view.

Great hotel to stay at, especially if you are with a family, and even if you are not with one! There are separate pool areas for families, and folks that are over 21, so you can have it the way you like it. I stayed in a one bedroom and was very impressed by the size of the suite. While you could tell the property was older, everything was clean and well maintained. The beach is also RIGHT THERE, and there's tons of good food all in walking distance. Parking is a walk from the hotel, but otherwise very easy and convenient. I would stay again!

Lovely place to stay at Virginia Beach with older kids. We appreciated the large suite- style room, and the ocean view was beautiful! The property is in a perfect location for walking to see many interesting things and enjoying the beach and boardwalk. The common area pools, Jacuzzi, and fire pits were fantastic for hanging out with family and enjoying the views. The reviews do not do this place justice. We were very pleased with our stay, and it was a great value, considering all that we got for our stay. Every comparable quality hotel was double the price, and that was for standard sized hotel rooms. Thank you, Oceanaire!😊

The customer service is the best I’ve experienced in a Vacation Club. Bravo to the in-house front Reception Managers like Miss K. She made our experience seamless as we changed from one room to another within our stay at Ocean… This is a special place because the credit goes to the staff who make it feel just right!

Main adult pool was covered in scum, had one elevator which bounced with loading / unloading. Our room a/c was awful two vents pointing straight down with poor flow, lamp was broken, door required a ridiculous amount of effort to open/ close/ metal box springs squeak, the tub would not turn off completely, no privacy from balcony. Location is great and Tortugas is amazing! Staff was hit or miss definitely not overly attentive. We were on 15 th floor and had a studio which was spacious and had most of the sand cleaned up from the previous occupants.

The room was very spacious and the view was great. The ice machine on floor 12 had black stuff in the ice which made it unusable. The plastic drinking cups in the kitchen were dirty. One had what looked like mold in it and the other smelled very strongly of maple syrup. It was really strange. Overall we enjoyed ourselves.
