We loved or stay here at the four points Sheraton the staff was great the restaurant the quality of the food was outstanding the best that I have eaten since the pandemic they always have specials every day from early in the morning until late at night with drinks and food the bed was so comfortable and I loved the feather down pillows we just enjoyed ourselves so much here

At the time of check in, I was told the security deposit is $50 but my credit card statement showed $75. The view from my room was excellent but the air conditioning unit and toilet were loud and noisy. Lastly we paid extra for breakfast but ended up paying $15 more at Jumpin Shrimp restaurant and their service was too slow. We ended up not using the second stay voucher because no one showed up at the front after waiting for five minutes. Not recommended for the guests arriving with a large vehicle like truck/suv since height restriction on the parking was 6’2”, and our truck barely made it.

Room was very clean, beds were great, pillows fantastic. My rating is based on several reasons. Room had ceiling damage. We paid 350.00 room/nightly (i believe due to national track and field competitions in the area) and this hotel offers no continental breakfast option. I find that incredibly mind blowing. They did offer a free water in the room, but did not clean our room day 2 while we were gone all day. Which resulted in no clean towels. Dissappointing for staying 2 days at a hotel for over 700.00 after taxes and fees. I hope they consider these things for other people who stay here.

Great place to stay

Hotel is the perfect location for the Boardwalk! Staff is friendly and grounds are clean and well kept. Rooms are nicely decorated and beds were comfortable. Only drawbacks were single ply toilet paper and it takes awhile to get hot water plus pressure is a bit low.
