"Ignore the bad reviews. Except for one regarding elevator they’re old anyway. Found everything & everyone to be excellent. Nice lobby area and bar. Room was great. Had problem with tv & was told maintenance would gone by. I expected it to take an hour or more but guy was there within minutes. All staff was very friendly. There was a rubber band for braces under the desk but was right against edge of dresser so can see how vacuum wouldn’t have gotten it. Housekeeping should do visual check....

Another person who worked the front desk was useless, We were there for four nights and at first we thought they were having a bad day, but it continued for all four days, a smile would go along way with her ….ill let you figure out who it was as I won’t mention her name.
