"Check in was very easy and staff super friendly and helpful. Location was great. Rooms are a bit dated but clean and bed was comfortable. Loved having a kitchen area in the little suite. "

"I liked that it was away from big crowds and close to many shops, but the hotel itself needs a refresher, very outdated and retouch, new furniture and so forth. "

"We ended up getting a different hotel after going back and rereading the reviews. I just ate the money for this room. We were afraid to stay here after we read about the live and dead cockroach comments and issues with the AC.We were traveling with small children and an adult with health problems. "

"The view was perfect. Checking in was effortless. The personnel were courteous and very professional. They made me feel welcomed. Customer support when done right is refreshing! The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I plan on staying here the next time I have business in this area."
"We will definitely book the Hilton Virginia Beach for our next visit. The staff is excellent, going above and beyond to take care of even a minor request, and our king corner suite was spacious with a great sunrise ocean view. The hotel is right by Neptune’s statue, which made walking the boardwalk and Atlantic Avenue very easy. We stayed at the Hilton for 2 nights and left relaxed and refreshed. It was a wonderful mini vacation, one of our best.
