Really nice spot right off the Metrotown station so super accessible to take the skyrail. Plus you have the Mall across the street to go shop or eat. Staff was so kind and very understanding when it came to anything would highly recommend to my family and friends and would love to stay again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Perfect location. Huge mall and sky train across the street. Good restaurant. Great double blinds that allow to leave light come in but block sun and have black out at night. Would stay there again.

The location of the hotel is awesome. Close to Metrotown and skytrain and bus stops. Very convenient even you don't have a car. Room is spacious and clean and they have these black out blinds which help a lot. Staff are polite and cheerful. Overall, it's a very clean and nice hotel to stay.

1. Location of the hotel is great! Only a minute to the sky train station and no more than 5 minutes to Metropolis Mall. 2. The staffs at the front desk were extremely helpful. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who's going to Vancouver

This appears to be a brand new addition to the Hyatt hotel line. It is built directly across the street from the SkyTrain which will take you straight into Vancouver. And on the other side of the sky train is the Giant metropolis shopping center with hundreds of stores. Who can ask for anything more? The staff are young and attentive, courteous and so polite. I extended my stay three times and I don't usually do that.

The hotel is central to Metrotown in Burnaby BC. The staff are exceptional. I travel worldwide, and this is one of the top experiences. I would recommend pre paying the breakfast buffet. Small welcoming SoBu boutique restaurant in the Hyatt.
