The staff was mad very friendly and helpful. Maybe because it’s in the middle of downtown but it wasn’t the spacious or cleanest. They did switch our rooms which was great once we brought the cleanliness to their attention. But the rooms weren’t really spacious but it got the job done. Overall had a good stay.

This was my second time staying at the Sandman Downtown in Vancouver for work and it was a wonderful stay. The facilities were beautiful, and well kept. The gentleman at check in was so kind and helpful. However, the gentleman at checkout wasn't very helpful in assisting to get me a taxi to the airport.
