Rules say 50lb dog but saw dogs much larger. Rules should be updated as us “rule followers” left our 65lb dog with a friend.

We stayed for 5 days in the grand resident side, we had absolutely no room service or cleans. The rooms were beat up bad. Holes in walls, mould around the bath tub, the pool was freezing cold even though they ensured us it was heated; it should have been called a cold plunge. The restaurant was 5 stars absolutely incredible and amazing food and staff. The restaurant and lounge made the experience despite how dissatisfied we were with the rooms and hotel
