"This hotel is right at the cruise port, with service to have your bags delivered to the ship. Great views of the harbour and we were able to see our cruise ship come in. The hotel is pricey, but if you are cruising, this is the best location in Vancouver. Great drinks at the Harbour Bar. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nespresso coffee maker in the room. "

"I had a miscommunication that was rather important in check in, but what was less than perfect there is made up for with a lovely room with not only stunning, but the interesting views you find in Vancouver. My room was likely the most inexpensive, so I was working with smaller surface area for certain that was laid out so well you don’t feel cramped. Those who brought my inhouse (and well done and priced) entrees were “charming” people. The trip was over an emergency, but I didn’t have to think twice about much after checking in. Lastly, checkout is at noon which was a nice touch. For twenty years I would always stay at Pan Pacific, but this West Van gem is a more affordable, and less hectic. Total Yay Plus from me."
