"Great location close to the waterfront area. Our room was a bit noisy with an adjoining door to the room next door. Maids left some dirty rags on the bathroom counter when we arrived so was a bit disappointed however the front desk was very apologetic and gave us a room credit. Breakfast was very good. We also stopped at the bar in the evening, waiter was very good. Too bad the live entertainment finishes at 9pm. Why wouldn't the hotel keep it going until 11pm? "
"There was some sort of kids hockey tournament In Town and there were little kids running all over the hotel. Pool was full of kids, elevators were slow and crowded, and over all it was not the same experience I had last time. A casino hotel should be adults only. The food court on the casino was mediocre. The bars in the casino were very expensive and had little variety. No entertainment!! They need live music and happy hour. Especially when you are spending so much on the room and gambling. No beverage counter for soda or coffee to be found. Otherwise room was nice, furniture quite scuffed up. Bed was very cozy, shower and products were nice. "
"We had a really nice stay overall, especially as a family trip. The pools were the highlight, and my kids had a great time. I also appreciated the adult-only pool option at night, which gave a more relaxed atmosphere.
The staff were friendly and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out.
However, the biggest issue is the condition of the rooms. They are very outdated, and for the price (over $300 per night), it doesn’t match the expectation. The furniture was old, and in some cases looked like it was being held up with cardboard, which was surprising. The carpets also didn’t feel clean, which affected the overall comfort of the room.
The room itself could also feel stuffy, and there was noticeable condensation on the windows.
Overall, the amenities and experience outside of the room were enjoyable, but the room quality needs improvement to justify the price. I would consider returning for the pools and location, but only if updates are made to the rooms."
