"I recently stayed at the villa it was genuinely impressed. Since it’s newly built, everything feels fresh and well-maintained, with modern and luxurious interiors. The villa was spotless and smelled clean upon arrival. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable.Getting around the complex is convenient, with plenty of nearby amenities. The cleaning was inadequate; there was a lot of dust on the floor and the air conditioning unit. The water areas were dirty, and the previous guest's garbage was left in the trash can under the sink. "Anh Da is exceptional. He is kind, polite, and will go out of his way to assist in any capacity. I didn't know where the restaurant was and he walked me there. He assisted with booking services and tours. I was in and out of Hanoi and he was kind enough to rebook me for days I was back in town from doing other excursions. Da is definitely an asset to this hotel, he made my travelling experience less stressful. The breakfast is just okay but nice to have included."
