"What happened to biscuits and or bacon or sausage being served at the breakfast bar. Waffles were good but not the same as biscuits. Parking on the premises was challenging. There were at least two cars not parked within lines. Therefore they took up two spaces and should have been ticketed or towed . We had to park basically at the street."

"When we checked in, Joe, the front desk clerk was kind enough to upgrade us at no additional charge. when we got to our room, We had issues with our sleeper sofa being very uncomfortable. I went down and spoke to Gabriel, the night clerk, he was quick to change our room without any questions or hesitations. We will be staying there again in future trips."

"The hotel is a bit outdated you can definitely tell. I stayed for 3 nights, and overall it wasn’t my best experience. The pillows were extremely soft and would completely deflate, which made it hard to sleep. I’m not sure if it was the bed or the pillows, but I didn’t get much rest. You can also hear noise from neighboring rooms pretty clearly. The bathroom lighting could be improved, and there was a noticeable chlorine smell when showering. I’m also used to hotels including breakfast, so that was on me for not checking ahead of time. I’ve stayed at many hotels in Brownsville when I visit home, and this one is definitely not my favorite. Parking might get full I would make sure I came back by 7 pm not sure if I can park next door and risking vehicle getting towed. Otherwise plenty options to eat "
