The only thing that drove me a little crazy couldn’t sleep because of a loud noises outside from maybe a big truck in parking lot. And the black out curtains did not even close half way to block out the lights from outside. But other than that staff was very polite and room was clean

The hotel was okay. It immediately smelled like mold and smoke when you walk in. They definitely need to update and redo some parts of the hotel. It was fine for a weekend but I wouldn’t stay again.

My 3rd time staying here I like it . Its clean rooms are dark beds are comfy. The pool area needs to stand out by mainly hanging lights around pool and cabana make look nice. I do love my scrambled eggs and country gravy so the breakfast is great.

Comfortable and affordable

The hotel could use some new carpet maybe there was an old musty smell, but it was very clean otherwise. The breakfast was good. For the price Of the room and being Brownsville, it was acceptable. We have stayed at this hotel before to visit family.

We'vd use this property for Christmas travel many years. We really like the grill area because we get together there with family. That's a BIG plus for us. The rooms need improvments: bed and sofa need to be updated. I don't agree with the "make room per request". It started with COVID but I don't like the fact that is permanent now.

The variety & food at breakfast was very good. The flexibility & understanding of the front desk (except for the manager at checkin) not so much. Fernanda refused to check me out on Saturday with a late check out. I don’t like being a walkout. I wanted to be officially checked out with a receipt time stamped of when I left at 1:46. She said there was no housekeeping on duty to do it.
