"Property was above expectations."

"The staff were friendly. Not impressed being guided to ticket sales people because we arrived early and were told we couldn't check in yet so when the sales people went through their speel we found the check in kiosks, and we were able to check in early, just had to pay a minimal fee. The rest of the stay was okay except there was not even Luke warm water for a bath/shower past 8am in the mornings."

"Requested a non-smoking room which was very important for our stay, and they had a whole non-smoking tower which was great! The front desk staff was kind and friendly, as well as the valet service. Our room was facing Fremont st which was a cool view, but the music was LOUD. Also the walls in between rooms are pretty thin and not sound proof. We could hear talking and music from our neighbors. The room itself was good, the bed was a little stiff. Room service was great, but wish they would extend hours until the night. That would make it 5 stars 😉"

"The hotel looks fantastic. The only thing I personally find annoying is the staff waiting for you after you checked in to advertise various places and different things. After traveling, I just wanted to go to my room. But I understand it’s their bread and butter. All in all, the bang for the buck was amazing "
