"The hell tall is fantastic just recently undergone a renovation the front desk staff the security team. All the waiters in Witcher is the cleaning staff everybody’s perfect but at the pool it’s a whole different vibe you feel like they are watching you 100% of the time I don’t mean in the pool, obviously that’s a given, but it’s like they are very strict and mean they’re not friendly at all. It just doesn’t feel like it’s a part of the hotel. It’s hard to explain they’re just not friendly at the pool at all."

"LOVED MY STAY AT THE 4 QUEEENS! WHAT A BEAUTIFUL HOTEL WITH FABULOUS LOCATION! ALL OF THE STAFF WERE SO FRIENDLY AND WARM AND WELCOMING! I FELT LIKE A ROCKSTAR! THE CHAI TEA IS EPIC BETTER THEN STARBUCKS AND CHEAPER! GYM AND POOL! EASY ACCESS TO WALK LOCALLY. CANT WAIT TO BE BACK! THE ROOM WAS SUPER SPACIOUS AS WELL! THANKS TO ALL STAFF YOU ALL ROCK!!! THANKS FOR MAKING MY TRIP SO SPECIAL! ILL NEVER FORGET MY STAY! Have a beautiful day!"

"the problem I had was the lack of room service options and the performance i experienced. was a busy weekend so that could kind of be excused downtown is cool I think for adults it's the best downtown option. also the tablet in mr room was finikey to the point of being useless"

"Me and my daughter stayed there 2 nights. Hotel was clean and cool. We wish the pool would have been open later than 6pm. Very pleased in the hotel and staff and our stay. It’s still got a naked city vibe outside but there are some good vibes up Main Street a bit north."

"No option for less than 1 star so giving 1 star. 1. Not easy to navigate to room, staff needs to provide paper with map. 2. Dirty and smelly rooms, can’t breath, dirty black carpet, dusty furniture, very noisy air conditioner. 3. Luggage staff asking for money to do his duty. Early morning check out was miserable, morning guy was arrogant to answer. 4. Drunk people and homeless people are frequently spotted in corners and elevators, not safe. Do not ever think to go with kids."

"The bathtubs are too high to have a good shower. Hard to get In-N-Out of bathtub"
