Great hotel, room, halls bathroom and hotel elevator were nice and clean, the lighting and modernity are amazing. The staff were all friendly and the in hotel amenities + food and drinks are spectacular. There was only one negative thing that was the parking lot elevator, it sort of smells.
Beautiful hotel. Staff was very kind. Easy walking to Cleveland Clinic. Neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. Cafe had good staff and good food that was well priced. Starbucks in lobby. Parking very easy that does come with additional cost but worth the convenience.
This was a gorgeous hotel to stay at I had no problem with the staff or checking in everything went smooth on that part the problem me and my family had was sleeping there was kids crying someone next door having a party if you are looking for a place to settle down to sleep , I wouldn’t recommend this place there was lots of commotion .
Ive stayed twice now at the AC hotel at Symphony Park, and extremely happy with this location the genuinely friendly & professional staff, the impeccable, upkeep and design of the property. It has a great restaurant lounge with excellent menu menu items at comfortably fair prices.I will definitely be staying here for future Las Vegas Vegas visits.
The stay was very good. The entire building was very clean and professional. The room was nice and clean. There is a Starbucks inside and a restaurant as well with very delicious food. There are many seats inside and out that are comfortable and nice to hang around.
Kendell was AMAZING, she was quick to resolve our room issue. The location was perfect for our visit. The rest of the staff was friendly and very help full as well.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
This place was spotless. When i walked into this place i didn’t want to leave the room was sooooo clean I’ve never checked into a hotel room like this and i was happy it’s well worth the price for sure. No complaints at all.
Only reason i probably wouldn’t return is no bar or casino and that’s what i go to Vegas for but it’s right around the corner from Fremont street and in a convenient location.
Room was pretty clean and we enjoyed the stay. We were family of three and King bed was perfect. Had some hassles getting in and out of parking which hopefully would get better considering the property is new, but it’s doesn’t affect comfort of stay. $35/day parking outside the strip is little expensive though. Also there is $25 destination fee which is not listed
Nice room, but they had to replace my fridge as it was making a loud rattling sound and the light controls were ridiculous. Couldn't turn on a single light, it had to be all on or all off and then I could turn on a lamp. The bathroom light would go on and off all night on its own. Otherwise a nice stay, comfy, clean, nice gym, and good restaurant. Very convenient to Market.
The lobby looks great, but rooms are basic and the shower didn't appear to be cleaned thoroughly since there was stands of hair. The staff was friendly during check-in; however, we overheard an employee tell another to switch rooms, which made us uncomfortable as later discussed, despite obviously not knowing if it was to one better or worse nor if in regards to us or the other guests present at the front desk. No one answered the times we called the front desk. The breakfast from the restaurant tasted good, but was more costly than expected and had a limited selection. Although the gym is small, there was an excellent selection of equipment, including a Peleton, and all the machines looked new/well maintained! The pool is decently sized, yet unheated and located on the shady side of the property. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and were glad it was still open in November, but there were a lot of kids. Parking is outrageous at $35 per night so we were happy to find cheaper options nearby. We had a lot of fun with the outdoor pool table and hockey game, playing each night before returning to our room. We really appreciated the complimentary glass of champagne at Legacy Club and $25 free slot play at Circa!!
