"Perfect as always. It is my go to hotel to stay in Tokyo as it meets my needs perfectly. The room is large and the view is amazing and the staff are always wonderful to work with. The rooms are cleaned every day which is perfect. As I say it meets my needs and is ideal for me. We will visit again on our next trip to Japan"

"They had check-in computers and we lined up to speak to someone at first but they made us use the computers. And the computers didn’t let us do the check in so we still had to get helped by an actual person. The print out they gave us had someone else’s info on it so it had to be reprinted but they still gave us the same room. When we got to the room the place was not set up for our family. We had to ask for towels and amenities for everybody. They just had one set of everything. This tells me they have us the room that was set up for a different reservation maybe. Everything else was good. It’s adjacent to the mall through the 6th floor so that was very convenient."

"Close to transit...close to Disney parks...many food and shopping options within walking distance. Staff very helpful and the room was large and super clean. Great price for everything you get and location. However...if most of your business or activities are in shinjuku, shibuya, Ueno, etc...the hotel is a good distance and train ride away. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!"
