"Hotel decepcionante! Cheguei em Lisboa com uma temperatura de 28ºC , e o ar condicionado do hotel simplesmente não funcionava! Reclamei de todas as formas, mas eles alegavam que estavam no inverno, e o sistema estava configurado apenas para aquecer. Resultado final, fiquei com calor, não consegui dormir, abri a janela e entrou um monte de mosquitos, terrível! Vc não pode controlar a temperatura do seu quarto nesse hotel, fujão dele!!"

"Loved the stay here. There was no daily service, make beds, change towels, etc and it was not explained well during check in or we didn't understand. We ran out of the toilet paper and came close to running out of hand soap and body wash. Needed to go ask for more which was completed by the time we returned to our room but not ideal so make sure to ask often to avoid any issues ;)"

"We stayed 2 nights in the room ‘Happiness’ and it was beautiful, the bathroom is small but has everything you need and is modern and clean, the windows in the room are cute during the day but the only downside is that the blinds don’t cover the roads light completely so when we sleep the room is orange and still bright. There’s a fridge, microwave, sink and safe in the room. The pillows are very comfortable but the bed is really hard and has a big wood stand in the middle of the bed where you can’t sleep, we didn’t mind that much but if sleeping on a good bed is important to you it’s def something to consider. Other than that the owners were very considerate and nice, they responded quickly to ours questions and demands while being comprehensive. It’s located next to a park, a grocery and a lot of restaurants so def a good location, it’s also easy access to down town Lisbon, there’s a metro at 7 min walk that takes you to the end of the Lisbon île in like 10 min for 1,30€ . Would recommend!"

"I checked it everything was fine the second night, they locked the Ac I called 3-4 times, no one would come and they would just say they would turn it down on there end. I could not sleep the whole time I was there, I asked for managers yet no one got back to me"
