The Hotel Real Oeiras was a really nice hotel to stay with a really nice breakfast and very comfortable rooms. Staff were friendly. It suited us because we could walk to the train station about 20 minutes walk and there's some lovely restaurants around Paço de Arcos, again 20 minutes walk away. Ubers are reasonable and train into Lisbon are cheap and don't take that long.

We loved the room size, view and very large balcony. The breakfast was great as well. The only complaint we had was the concierge at the front desk was lacking in some of the info he gave us. We were not made aware that we would need our room card to ride the elevator, use the electricity in our room etc. We had to keep calling the front desk to get this info.

Convenience rather than vacation choice

We were staying here to attend a wedding nearby. It’s in a slightly out of the way location on a housing estate next to an office park. It worked for our purposes, room was ok, great view back to Lisbon from upper floors, staff friendly. It’s a convenient choice if need to be in the area but better options if on vacation.

Attending a wedding at a nearby estate. Chosen for location. But hotel modern, clean and spacious. Very comfortable for American guests. Breakfast was good and nice assortment of hot and cold. Served until 10 I believe. I was late first day and she was kind enough to let me grab some things even as she was trying to clean up. That is great service! I ate dinner there too and my steak sandwich was lovely!

The hotel was great everything it was amazing is a bit far from Lisbon so if you don’t mind to spend with Uber but overall great! Clean, comfortable the staff was very helpful and friendly.

We arrived late in the evening to a very courteous concierge, quick and easy check in. A bed had been made up for our 8 year old son. The continental breakfast was better than most. We only stayed a night as we were just passing through to our final destination, but the hotel is quite lovely and warrants a longer stay next visit.

We booked this hotel bot realizing how close it is to downtown Lisbon. Because we had rented a car, this was a nice surprise, althpugh Im sure theres a bus that could get you anywhere from here if you don't have a car. The staff were extremely nice without being intrusive. Check in and check out were smooth. The room was very nice, especially for the price, quiet, very clean, spacious and well equipped. The balcony and the view were nice as well. We stayed here for the first 2 nights of our trip, and we stayed downtown Lisbon in another hotel for our final night. This hotel was less than half the price and nicer in my opinion, and only a 20 minute drive to downtown! The included breakfast was fantastic, great variety, fresh and good quality (as was all the food we had in Portugal!). Would absolutely stay again.

The hotel is a bit out of the way, although there are three restaurants in the vicinity. It’s a bit of a hike up to the hotel from Casias or Paço de Arcas. The hotel restaurant and cleaning staff were super nice. The gym isn’t great with two cycling machines, one rower and weights in a box like room. And there was never any water in the water bottle which was disappointing as the temperatures ranged from 34-38 degrees. Also, the poolside loungers aren’t that comfortable. But the rooms are pleasant and clean. Plus we had a balcony so that was nice. And it was fantastic to have tombe pool which was clean. Breakfasts are great!
