"We had a lovely stay at Winstanley House, the staff and food at breakfast and in Black Iron were great! We asked for a quiet room as we are light sleepers and were given one which made us feel welcome as did our check in. Our room was very clean but there were a few marks on the wall and carpet including an iron mark, and the window frames had a few black marks from condensation which could have been wiped off. The mattress also had a dip in the middle and could do with replacing as we rolled...

"Young lady at reception was very helpfull, at check in, explained everything that we needed to know, and even offered help with our luggage. En -Suite triple room, was very clean and cosy, with the radiator on an added bonus. Local shops and pub nearby and only 15-20 minute walk to the City centre.
