Our only "complaint" would be that the matresses on the beds could be improved, but they were not bad. Luckily, we had Ewa check us out, so had the same friendly and courteous experience! She is definitely an asset!"

Communications before we’re very frustrating- with multiple emails stating I couldn’t stay if I wasn’t a student. This included one (automated) after I’d had to email to confirm I could. "
