"I was satisfied with their professional services and great deal of breakfast. For the next time to visit Japan, Id like to stay this hotel with no doubt."
"A simple and modest hotel, near all one would need, great restaurants and easy transportation access. Nothing too frilly or over the top, but clean and friendly hotel!"
"The beds are quite hard, other than that the area is great a lot of options for food around and convenience stores close by as well as the train station, the food in the hotel was good as well"

"We booked a Hearth Fantasy Stay which included spa access, breakfast (choice of main plus buffet) in the gorgeous Fantasy Dining room, and lounge time with drinks and snacks, as well as a private check-in with excellent personalized service. It was nice to spend a couple of hours relaxing out of the hot sun, then go back to the park for the evening.
The onsen-style bath felt great after a long day, although the mist sauna featured on the ladies’ side was too hot for me. (Note that the spa is only open in the afternoon/evening, and not available in the mornings. Language about tattoos is confusing; the English says “no irezumi / extensive body tattoos” while the Japanese just says “no tattoos.” I’d like them to clarify and (at the least) allow tattoos that can be covered with a sticker as many onsen now do.)
The shuttle bus to/from Bayside monorail station or Maihama train station is convenient with luggage, although crowded at times. Staff was helpful and friendly. We’ll definitely consider staying here again!"
"Loved our stay here. The staff was great. It’s right next to the train station which was made it easy to get into the city and transfer to get on the bullet train to Kyoto. The restaurants nearby are not fancy but very tasty. The convenient store literally downstairs within the hotel was incredibly convenient. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and tasty and allowed us to get very full which was good because we knew we’d be walking a lot and spending some time on trains and getting around. The onset and spa were amazing and relaxing rooms were clean and ours overlooked the train tracks which was romantic at nights being able to see the trains coming and going from bed. "
"Great hotel in good location with very helpful staff. Really nice rooms. Good transport links for exploring the city. Really nice neighbourhood with some great restaurants. Close to a 7-Eleven. Also has a convenient Disney transfer coach for guests. "
"Facility and staff were excellent. Close proximity to train station, shopping, food and Disney. If you are going to other areas of Tokyo is a bit of travel by train. Train system very simple to use. Hotel amenities were excellent, onsite laundry was a huge plus. "
