"The property location is amazing, right next to Tokyo DisneyLand, with easy monorail access right there too get to Disney Sea and walkable to nearby shopping. There is also a very good onsite gift shop with the same items as within the park. The amenities in the room were great. The staff was super nice and super helpful from check in to check out. Only negatives are the rooms seem a bit dated, and there was a lot of dust on the carpets. There were limited options for onsite eating but there are plenty of places to eat within 10 minute walk. The onsite grocery/convenience store was nice to have but everything is written in Japanese so hard for foreigners to find out what they are buying without Google Translate. Overall a 4/5 rating."

"We had an awesome stay at Hilton Tokyo Bay. We were fortunate to receive a room upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the overall experience was truly excellent. The staff were incredibly pleasant, helpful, and always willing to assist in any way, which made traveling with our family and young kids much easier. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to the monorail, making trips to and from the parks smooth and stress-free. We especially appreciated the luggage services—having a Yamato Transport counter in the lobby made it simple to ship our bags to our next destination. There’s also a Lawson in the lobby, which was incredibly convenient for grabbing snacks, drinks, or anything we needed before heading to the parks or back to our room. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we would definitely stay here again on our next visit."

"The welcome station was essentially an all day happy hour 2pm - 11pm with free beer, champagne, and lots of snacks for the kids. They also provide pajamas along with many other small things that make life easier."

"Great location if you are doing things in the area. We went to Disneyland, Teamlabs, Street Karts Tokyo, and the Gundam statue. All were easily accessible. The train outside the hotel is very handy. A few stops from Tokyo Station. Rooms were spacious and clean, staff was friendly and helpful, and the Family Mart in the lobby was handy. There weren't a ton of restaurants in the area, but a lot of convenience stores. A good hotel for a short stay!"

"My stay at Tobu Hotel Levant Tokyo was a very pleasant experience. Although the room was not particularly spacious, it was thoughtfully designed and extremely convenient. The hotel’s location is excellent, the train station is just around the corner, a 7‑Eleven is directly across the street, and there are numerous restaurants within easy walking distance. One of the highlights of our stay was the view from our room. Having a direct view of the Tokyo Skytree made the experience especially memorable and added a unique charm to our visit. Overall, the combination of convenience, comfort, and an impressive city view made our stay highly enjoyable. I would gladly consider returning on a future trip."

"Heawy smell starting at hotel entrance, reception, elevator, hallway and room all have different and heawy smell. Black moss everywhere in bathroom, central AC not able to control for your needs It's set 26C and when you get in room going 28 C. Complained to reception they said all good and they did not cancel rezervation. They said it's your problem. I buy detergent and glove I cleaned my self. Because I don't want waste my $600.00. I take picture and video. NO No Koko."
