"When I arrived at the hotel, I couldn't contact anyone. No one answered the phone and I waited a long time before the call was returned. When I got in, I found that the sheets and bath towels in the room were dirty, there was no toilet paper, the shower head in the bathroom was about to fall off, and the toilet was also dirty.     "Overall we have an enjoyable stay at Hatten Hotel. We have booked sea view rooms. The rooms are spacious and clean. However there are issues in the 2nd bedroom with the shower and tv and all got fixed quickly upon informing the staff. The buffet breakfast has a big selection of Asian and western food. We are happy to return and stay here again. "
