"Although the hotel is a little dated, it is well maintained and made up for it with its fridendly and helpful staff. A specail thank you to Maya at receiption, who make out check in smooh and welcoming. The location is not the most convenient, especially for getting to the main shopping and transport areas, but we appreciated that the hotel provideds a complimentary shuttle service, which was very helpful. Overall, we had a pleasant stay."

"Puri Melaka interior is gorgeous and like a peranakan museum! Its location is spot on. All the touristy venues, eateries and shopping areas are within walking distance. "The hotel is well-situated near some quaint coffee shops & sarabat shops with authentic Malaysian food. 😋😋 There’re stalls which open at night too. The hotel staff are all cheery & very helpful. I had called Housekeeping for an extra firm pillow & it was delivered in less than 10 minutes. 💫 Breakfast is also excellent with a wide variety & it is of good quality as well.
