The service was impeccable, I asked for an alternate room and if I could see what was available before changing and they were so accommodating. The breakfast buffet was the best! Ice pops on a hot day at the pool, what’s not to love. I will most definitely be back. "

"I decided to surprise my husband with a trip and booked Jumeirah Saadiyat Island for a week for his birthday. My oh my!!! The hotel exceeded my expectations. They went above and beyond to make it a truly memorable trip. They had a birthday cake, balloons, cookies and a basket of fruits set up in our room on our arrival with rose petals on the bed. We also landed early morning around 8am and got to the hotel around 9am. Check-in wasn’t until 3pm, however our room was ready at 10.30am and we were allowed to check-in early!!! Always a plus. The room was amazing, we had the garden room which was super spacious with easy access to the pools and the beach as it was located on the ground floor. The staff were all very welcoming, kind and caring. The hotel focuses a lot on sustainability which is great and we were given beautiful complimentary bottles upon arrival to use around the hotel. Breakfast was top-notch, so many different options and cuisines to choose from, you will never get bored. I would like to highlight that there is a deposit to be paid upon arrival and it was about £800 for 6 nights (which you get back providing you didn’t break anything in the room), just a heads up for people who are not aware as I was not aware. The deposit is calculated based on the number of nights you are staying for. The beach!!!! Where do I even start?! The beach was the highlight of our trip. Super well maintained, soft sand, clear warm turquoise waters. Thank you Jumeirah Team"

"A true 5 star experience, we were made to feel welcomed the moment we arrived. The staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is spotless, housekeeping staff are excellent, keeping the room spotlessly clean! We tried all the on site restaurants and didn't have a single complaint with any of them, great staff, great food. Danilo at the pool bar is a gentleman, so friendly and welcoming - a credit to the hotel... In general the way this hotel is run is a true credit to the management. If we are back in Abu Dhabi, this will be the first hotel I'll check for availability "

"What an amazing hotel, the staff were so friendly. The receptionist Harman was lovely. She helped us out so much. There was a lovely young lad, Wendell, who did our drinks for us such a amazing character, another lovely person called Zebh we met at the bar was so friendly, the food was to die for I’ve never had such tasty food ever on holiday. The rooms were nice. We had a family room but we never wanted a family room because we went as friends and it was a bit awkward having a family room.. we had a bad experience with a taxi driver that was ordered from the front door of the hotel, but the company that hired the taxi driver was at fault, not the hotel, all in all the hotel was beautiful. The ambience in the restaurants were lovely and food was amazing. You can’t go wrong! Thank you Rixos you were amazing x"
