"The most beautiful hotel I've ever stayed and will probably ever stay. We were made to feel very special. My wife and I celebrated our 10 year anniversary and my daughter turned 7. The staff made us feel so special. The Palace itself is one of the most beautiful buildings in the world and sells itself. This was amazing value for money, with an amazing family pool with waterslides and lazy river; amazing amenities in the rooms; a stunning beach with the warmest stillest waters I've ever swam in; complimentary camel riding, kayaking, paddle boarding etc. The list goes on - It's perfect! "

"This is a beautiful property with excellent staff who are truly a pleasure to know. It’s let down by the amount of children who sit and splash around the swim up bar . The rules of no under 16s at the bar are not enforced . Maybe considering and adults only pool rather than a kids water park area which is unused would be better for your customers. I’m sure more would return if this happened . All in all it’s a beautiful well maintained hotel with fantastic food and amazing staff . "
