The location is truly worth it – very relaxing and well-served by a variety of restaurants. The service provided by the staff was excellent. The access to the private beach walking aroud the harbour fine. However, the bed was not particularly comfortable, and the presence of pigeons on the windowsill in the early morning disturbed my sleep a bit!! Still, overall a very pleasant stay. I would come back!

The IHG Hotel CANCELLED our reservations and we still don’t know why? We called Hotels.com and they confirmed our reservation with the Hotel IHG. We were given a room after going back & forth with the front desk. Since we had 2 bookings for the same week we did not understand.

Disappointing

Hotel lobby is lovely but the hotel room was dated and the bathroom in desperate need of refurbishment. Pool are was ok but water dispenser was out of order, sign said to get water from the bar but the water machine only gave warm water!

NIGHTMARE! The Hotel CANCELLED our reservation!

Our reservation was cancelled by the Hotel. We don’t know why & had to call Hotels.com late at night and the agent confirmed we had reservations. We were very upset and confused, since we had 2 separate bookings for the same week and one was cancelled. They blamed it on system glitch. The rooms are dated and not renovated. Only the lobby area is very nice. The Beach is not close to the hotel!

Hotel a little tired, a bit of 1990 vibe going in but other than that it was perfect, pools lively, food in restaurants great, the only restaurant we did not like was the Buffet, breakfast n just ok in comparison to other hotels in Abu Dhabi but not bad, def go b and b so you can sample the A la carte restaurants, Lebanese, Italian, Belgian were just great. We will def be back here
