"This hotel is not 5 star, it’s more like1 star. It’s very worn, poor quality furnishings and overall is extremely tired. I recently booked and when I arrived and saw the room refused to stay. The hotel wouldn’t refund or even make a gesture so do not book non refundable. I was allocated room 8 and it was like the worst B&B from the 80’s. The headboard was stained, the chair in the room dirty, cheap bed and plastic panels to look like marble in bathroom. The hotel is nothing like the images, inside or outside. "

"Staff were all very friendly and provided exceptional service. Rooms were clean and bright. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to rooms with windows. Everything was excellent. Be more than happy to stay again. Breakfast was also exceptional 😋 "
