"There was a bad smell and a water leak in the bathroom ceiling. A replacement room was only available on night three of our three night stay. Staff was helpful. Really wish management had accommodation's. "

It is in a very good location in Massa. I had such a relaxing few days! I found a new home in Massa - grazie di cuore Ostello Palazzo Nizza. I'll be back! "
