"Il nostro soggiorno all’Iconic Spa & Resort di Arezzo è stato davvero speciale. Fin dal nostro arrivo, ogni membro dello staff ci ha fatto sentire sinceramente accolte, coccolate e a nostro agio. La loro gentilezza, il calore e l’attenzione a ogni dettaglio hanno reso il nostro soggiorno semplice, piacevole e personale. L’atmosfera è bellissima e rilassante, ma sono state soprattutto le persone a rendere questa esperienza così memorabile. Soprattutto, soggiornare all’Iconic ha reso ancora più prezioso il tempo trascorso ad Arezzo con mia madre, trasformando un bellissimo viaggio in un ricordo da custodire. Siamo profondamente grate per l’eccezionale ospitalità e la cura che abbiamo ricevuto e saremo felici di tornare."

"The rooms are incredibly designed with a minimalistic style within an old and beautiful ancient building. The convenient bar downstairs was a refuge for great Italian coffee and pastries. Best of all, Ricardo and Marco took such excellent care of us from start to finish, they made the stay a true luxury."

"The most prominent feature of this hotel is the terrace, what a fabulous view! The staff were very helpful and friendly, showing the Gym which is slightly hidden away behind the bar and the large relaxing public lounge. There is a wide offer for breakfast in a large room which I think is underused. It would for instance be a great place for a reception or other formal gathering."
