"Great experience! We stayed in a new bungalow, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, and AC! People were really nice, even though we do not speak Italian. Feel really secured (all gated access controlled by access cards). The gated beach is to die for. Great sand, shallow clear waters. Enjoyed evenings at our terrace, eating outside on the porch. Nothing to complain about, or maybe a more visible box to drop our access cards when leaving. Highly recommended!"

10/10 Excellent
"We had a most enjoyable relaxing three days by the beach following 14 travelling through Tuscany. The standards and service were exemplary, the staff are all levels were so professional and friendly. The breakfast could not be improved and with such a setting it was great. Very high standards for the evening meal and of course you pay a premium for this. Rooms were large and only 2 minutes from the beach where you have your own lounger allocated to you for the duration. First class venue, expensive in parts but worth it."
"This place is truly heaven on earth. The property is a spectacular private farmhouse nestled in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, offering complete tranquility and breathtaking beauty in every direction. Set in a peaceful valley, it is surrounded by stunning 360-degree views of rolling hills, forests, open fields, and the picturesque town of Bibbona in the distance. It’s a great place to host a wedding or offsite or simply just relax
The setting feels timeless; an authentic Tuscan landscape of extraordinary charm and serenity. Whether enjoying a morning coffee overlooking the countryside, swimming in the pool, or simply sunning oneself surrounded by the redolent scent of wildflowers and roses, every moment here is unforgettable. As the sun sets and bathes the hills in golden light, the beauty of the landscape becomes almost magical."
"Rooms are clean and well maintained, staff are always ready to assist with wat ever you need and spa/massage was great. Also free parking was very handy"
"Where as we enjoyed our time here we did have a bit of an issue with our room temperature. We asked for it to be lowered as it was 81 degrees.
We found out, after a very uncomfortable night and requesting 2 more times, that the AC was not working. As an aside: we could not open a window as our room was on the 1st floor and only had doors to a common area. We were moved to a new room.
Other than that- the staff was lovely the pools and Spa are great. Location is wonderful with close proximity to the beach and some wonderful restaurants serving delicious seafood."
