Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The property is beautiful, large and very unique. All design choices are very intentional and it felt much like a home away from home rather than a hotel. The restaurant on the property is excellent and ate breakfast and dinner there every day.

Beautiful and unique spot in the jungle, room was great spacious and the property is well maintained minus some refreshing on the fabric chairs etc. … staff was helpful and friendly. Stayed in the treetop suite. Only negative would be needing a car or transportation as the taxis get expensive. We thought there was a free shuttle based on the online booking and communication to the beach so did not book a rental car at the time. Definitely worth it and would return overall.

Siwa Tulum is absolutely beautiful—lush, serene, and truly a jungle escape. What really stood out to me is that the photos online accurately depict what you get in real life, which isn’t always the case. I stayed in a jungle swim-up room, and the surroundings felt peaceful, immersive, and very on-brand for a Tulum getaway. I only had two minor complaints. The hot water regularly ran out within about 40 seconds of turning it on, which made showers a bit frustrating. Also, our patio had no proper seating—just one beanbag—so we weren’t able to enjoy the outdoor space as much as we would have liked. That said, the experience was largely positive. The restaurant staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and a special shout-out to Diana, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and taken care of. Overall, Siwa Tulum delivers on beauty, atmosphere, and service, with just a few small comfort details that could be improved.

The room was wonderful, clean and cool. The breakfast was okay but took more than 30 minutes until served. There were also a lot of mosquitos in/around the hotel so I would strongly recommend some sort of insect repellent. But overall it was a superb experience!

This is a gem of a property. Staff is amazing, food was amazing, rooms wow! Will definitely be back. One piece of advice that was not immediately obvious to us is they have a daily shuttle to local beach clubs but you need to book it at least two hours in advance. We went to "Panamera" which was great with our two kids (10, and 18)

Very beautiful and unique. Me and my wife enjoyed our honeymoon very much and will always remember it because of SIWA. We had an amazing time at SIWA! The location was beautiful and was close to the beaches. You will need a car to get around. The surroundings were breathtaking. The suite was beautiful and the staff were wonderful. We will definitely be back.

This is a beautiful property but I suggest a rental car it is far from everything and I didn't like the food at the restaurant but the stay was magnificent and the young lady daya at reception was great with her service and communication 10/10 I would recommend
