Pure delight - clean, friendly and comfortable

We had the most delightful stay at Mimosa...clean, excellent facilities, delightful staff. Showers and loos spotless, soap and shampoo provided divine. Clearly the owner has a total understanding of first needs and provides them big time. I cannot fault the place. I hope I have the opportunity to return.

Mimosa was a nice hostel / hotel in a really convenient location. Our private room was clean, the hosts were friendly and helpful, and the location was very near to cafes, shops, markets, etc… but not on the main road. The pool was down when we were there but it looks like they were fixing it. Also, there was a big storm when we were there. The electricity went out but they came around with candles which was really helpful!

The staff was incredible, the service and recommendations were outstanding. The folks @ Mimosa are great! The location is great! Dtw Tulum, walking distance to main street, stores, and restaurants. I recommend walking to Mercado Municipal, eat authentic food from the region. The food is the best!

Beautiful accommodations, friendly people. Manolo, Sandy, Christian, and all others whose names aren’t coming to my mind at the moment, provided an excellent home-base in a central location for me to have one of the best weeks of my life. There was absolutely nothing to complain about, and after one week I felt perfectly at home.

Amazing place overall. Lovely vibes and staff. They have a nice pool right next to a superb bar and a beautiful deck above the bar. Was quiet when I stayed there. All staff was super helpful. Cheap bike rentals. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for more quiet place within 5 min walk to center. Public transportation to Playa is 3 min walk. Will be back for sure. Thanks. Tomas

Hay una obra junto a la propiedad y el ruido de la obra (aún siendo domingo) es terrible y empieza suerte temprano. Así mismo, la cantidad de perros que ladran por la noche es demasiado. No volvería a hospedarme ahí por el ruido que hay en la propiedad. Siendo tan ruidoso deberían de tener unos precios mucho más bajos, ya que por el precio, no vale la pena ya que no se puede descansar.
