"Wow—what an excellent stay. Check-in was smooth and effortless. Our room (3109) was outstanding: incredibly spacious, with a walk-in closet, a beautiful bathroom, a large balcony, and a very comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and we also attended the New Year’s Eve buffet, which was fantastic—plentiful, varied, and very well done. The property itself is beautiful. We spent time at the private pool, which was a highlight of our stay. The gym was well equipped, though it did get quite busy at times with all equipment in use. The café was also excellent, with a cool vibe and stylish design. While the main lobby is very well designed and has a boutique feel, it lacked air conditioning, making it quite hot with no real place to escape the heat while waiting. The hotel is well located in Seminyak and close to the beach, which was very convenient. One small suggestion would be the addition of an adults-only pool, as the private pool was accessible to everyone. A special mention to the team for the thoughtful touches: on our last night, they surprised us with a passport holder gift, which was a lovely gesture. I also celebrated my birthday during our stay, and they provided a delicious birthday cake that made it extra special. Overall, an amazing stay—we would absolutely return."

"Everything was absolutely amazing. The service was outstanding and friendly, the spa was excellent, the restaurant was superior food and service, the room was very nice, the pool also was very nice, and the setting was amazing. The jungle was peaceful, the monkeys were fun to watch from the outside gazebo. Very relaxing atmosphere, very elegant. A perfect trip."

"The staff was very professional and helpful. Two staff members who helped us was Juni (taller) and Ayu at the bar. Juni you were a ray of sunshine. The rooms were fabulous. We had an issue with the safe, they promptly came to fix it. The pizza and burrata at the Beach club was amazing! "

"The room was spotless, staff were so happy and helpful. The only thing was the road works were a pain to get in and out of the resort! I felt the free shuttle bus should have taken us further in town as it was a 20min walk it the humid heat. Or this should have been communicated before arrival. "
