"The koi pond & rear landscaping create a lovely setting off the restaurant. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection & wonderful view of the grounds. The large fitness center is well equipped. FamilyMart is onsite with a great selection of food & souvenirs. The staff are helpful & allowed us to store our luggage prior to check in at no charge. They allow late checkout for 1,000 yen per hour. The shuttle buses to the airport & train station are large & comfortable. The mattress was very hard, but I still slept well. The bathroom fixtures are a bit dated & the bedroom window was either very thin or no longer sealed so it allowed the noise of the street to filter in. Excellent water temp & pressure. "
