"The rug in the living room was so dirty. The table provided was too small which was not suitable for 6ppl for dining. The cookware were so dirty as well. There was a tiny cockroach in the room that I stayed which located at the ground floor! "

"You have alot of places with in a three to five minute walk. The train and bus station, grocery store, pharmacy. The place is nice and quiet as well. It is fully supplied with tableware for the guests staying longer. Check in and out are hassle free. "

"施設は非常に良いです。清潔で広く、快適に利用できます。シャワールームとトイレが分かれていて◎。シャワーの水勢もしっかりで、こちらも◎。若干階段が急ですが、許容範囲です。ただし、オーナーの方と基本連絡が取れにくいです。15時00分〜チェックイン、24時間前から同時刻までに入り方の連絡がメールで来るとのことでしたが無し。サポートからも連絡していていだきましたが、こちらも直ぐに連絡が取れず部屋に入ることができませんでした。結局連絡が来たのが16時16分。結果1時間16分待ちです。また、施設の清掃料金5,000円は当日施設でと書いてありましたが、受け渡し方法など一切無し。清掃に来られた方たちにお会いしましたが、そちらの方々も分からず。(この方たちに落ち度はないものと思います)　この件についてもオーナーに連絡しましたが、現時点(チェックアウトから8時間以上経過)でも反応がありません。施設が過ごしやすかっただけに、本当に勿体ないです。それと、前回泊まったと思われる方々(外国人)の宿泊者カードがそのまはま置いてありました。個人情報なので扱いがこれだと不安です。"

"Very clean cosy apartment, with 2 huge rooms. The entire apartment was so clean, they do have washer/dryer for you to wash your clothes. Free parking for drivers, the owner will provide free coins. However the location is abit far, if u don't mind the distance, it is well worth the stay for it's cleanliness and house amenities "

"There is F&B options in the building and dedicated convenient store. Room is clean and functional. Ice machine and microwave in 2 floors of the building. Totally enough and fair. There is nothing in the area. which is fine, you come to expect for an airport hotel. Free Shuttle bus was great to visit Narita town and Aeon shopping mall. For some, this is better than crowded tokyo sites. Great spot for 1-2 night transit/jetlag adjustment. After a 10 plus hour flight, you don't to spend few more hours running around town you are not familiar with and hauling luggage. So a quick airport hotel stay for 1 night recovery is recommended. "

"Many food options since the convenience store was 24 hours and the restaurant ends around 9-9:30pm, for 40-50 dollars a night the bed is not bad, the internet was great 10 out of 10, the transportation was on time a couple of minutes before the scheduled time it was early the whole day except for rush hour which is understandable, there was also a international money exchange machine just in case you came late and couldn’t change your money in the airport, overall I had a pretty good and enjoyable time here and when I come to Japan I’ll definitely get this hotel again."
