"I like the cleanliness & very helpful staff. What i don't like is i'm not able to bring in food. You have to understand that as a tourist, we don't deprive ourselves specifically when it comes to food. Whether it may be pricey or not. We also support restaurants inside Hyatt. We miss simple joys so hopefully you'll get to consider this anyway we pay alot for our accommodation. "

"All the staff and service were excellent…David…Bellboy and his co bellboys were excellent…Margo and Emem and their co dinning staff were very attentive…Sweden and her co front desk people helped us make our check in very easy and without any problems…I would recommend this hotel to anyone…"
