Nice updated clean room. The only thing we had a bit of trouble with were that some of the key pads to enter the code were worn and took several attempts to punch in the code

The best hotel I’ve ever stayed

The unit basically is a one-bed apartment with complete kitchen and washer&dryer. Very comfortable. The location is convenient to heart of downtown and airport with buses.

Great stay at Sonders. Coffee on the patio in the morning. Only problem was one towel. Would’ve liked to have two, but other than that it was perfect. Very clean and had everything we needed.

Loved our stay here! Great service when we needed a replacement remote and amazing space to spend a few days in Toronto. Appreciated the safety with the keypad and the restaurants around the area. Would love to book again. Thank you for a great stay!

Beautiful unit to stay at. Doors of the washroom weren't in the most function state, but overall space was well maintained. Would've been better if the shower was enclosed completely.

It was unfortunate to arrive (four of us) for our 2pm early check-in and enter our room that was not cleaned. Towels & sheets on the floor, beds stripped, garbage and cleaning utensils on the floor and counter. We we're loaded down with our gear and showed up early after a 3 hour drive so to get prepared in formal attire for a family wedding at 4pm. The staff member had followed us up and was apologetic for the inconvenience while asking us to come down to the lobby so the clean staff could finish our suite, another 30-45 mins...that would put us to 3pm. We told the staff member that we had to on route to our event by 3:30pm and that although not ideal, we would make do so to get ready and have the cleaning staff come in to our suite once we left. In the end it worked out as we arrived later to a clean suite. Adam & Sarah were the front desk staff and both were excellent in accommodating us. Just a disappointment to arrive to this after specifically booking/paying for an early check-in well in advance. Would definitely stay in this location again as the suite with three rooms for our crew was perfect.

Very nice space. The staff were very helpful sorting out a reservation problem. The room was very comfortable for 2. The kitchen was very convenient and well supplied. There is good shopping at a Metro grocery store less than a 10-minute walk away.

First time at a Sonder. Would definitely use again! So glad I purchased the parking spot! Underground secure, temperature controlled area! For winter time in Toronto that was fantastic! Place was clean, quiet and had all the amenities we needed!

We’ve stayed at a Sonder before in nyc and loved it so we decided to stay at one in Toronto & it didn’t disappoint. The only reason I took a star off was cause the mattress was soo stiff after 2 nights our back was hurting. But the viewssss omgggg the balcony was everything but it’s was pretty far from the downtown area. Expedia stated Roger center was a 5 min drive but it was actually 15min and on bus 30min depending traffic. But overall we felt safe and cozy. We were walking distance from 2 supermarkets and bunch of bars restaurants and a Tim Hurton’s. Check in was superrr easyyy the gave a code and worked every time.

Great Experience

Great price and location. When travelling for business and being away for weeks at a time, it is nice to stay at a hotel that makes it feel like home! Having all the amenities and doing my own cooking and laundry was wonderful.
