"The room was absolutely clean. Spotless. Nothing to complain about. It was clean, open, and organized. I didn’t expect it to look as good as it did. The staff were very accommodating, polite, and personable. Amenities were great! Though I left the resort, there was no need to. They had activities included as well as games and sports available to occupy time. The pool was clean, the jacuzzis were hot, and the beach was a couple of steps away. If you don’t want to leave the resort, the Mahi Mahi bar provides food as well. "

"The stay at the hotel was very pleasant, and the food was good. Although one of the elevators was out of service during our stay, the hotel was clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located close to everything. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I would stay there again."

"This was our second stay in two weeks as we booked this hotel prior to and after a cruise. Our room was not ready at 4 pm but the staff let us know far in advance and we were able to plan accordingly. To compensate they upgraded us to a fantastic room that was really nice and quiet.
The staff is friendly and very accommodating. The location is great for cruise ship guests and the area is lively and has many great dining, shopping and nightspot locations to choose from."
